Complaints channel

As of 11 July 2023, QUALIPHARMA starts its internal complaints channel in compliance with the (Spanish) Law 2/2023 to protect its good image, keeping QUALIPHARMA free from any responsibility for acts that could be committed by its administrators, managers or employees. The following offences are to be avoided:

  • Fraud (deception with the intention of obtaining an economic benefit; violation of a tax rule by deception, to avoid paying a tax).
  • Embezzlement (appropriation or diversion of public property for one’s own benefit or for the benefit of others)
  • Harassment at work and/or sexual harassment

This communication and updates will always be made through Viva Engage and all our communication tools and is open to all employees and stakeholders.

We would like to point out that reports will always be kept confidential – data will only be provided with consent – that all personal data will always be anonymised, that all reports will be duly received and resolved as soon as possible, and that evidence will be kept for 10 years.

As of today, the person in charge of the Complaints Channel is Álvaro Soto Mengotti, who will attend either personally, by telephone or by e-mail canal.denuncias@qualipharmagroup.com. Complaints can also be sent to the superior/professional contact, so that he/she can start the process. If you would like to know more about our policies on whistleblowing, equality in the workplace and non-discrimination, please do not hesitate to contact us at the above-mentioned e-mail address.
